It's our 8th year to St Pat's Day in Savannah. We know how to do it right.

We'll be in Savannah at the height of their St Pat's celebration. The Riverwalk area is teeming with nearly half a million visitors taking in all the activities from morning until late into the evening. Street entertainment such as rock bands and magicians, plus boat parades, green colored fountains and the great food and drink of the local restaurants set up in tents all along the walk add up to more fun than anyone has a right to. If the partying is not quite your thing, then there will be plenty of time to shop, check out the historic district and take in a good Savannah restaurant. We will stay locally within a short 20 minute shuttle ride to and from our hotel allowing a refreshing rest break between the afternoon and evening festivities.

Sunday, It's back to the Riverwalk area for lunch, sightseeing or more partying. We'll leave for Atlanta in the late afternoon and be back about 9pm Sunday night.
