DEPOSITS POLICY AND AGREEMENT - If this is a deposit and NOT a full payment, you agree that, if you do not cancel by the stated deadline, we should automatically charge the balance of the cost at that time for the event/trip listed below as a convenience to you and with the logical assumption that you will be attending. Further submission of credit card information and your approval will not be required.
No Refunds for No Shows under any circumstances.
