A great solution to Winter Cabin Fever, the great outdoors at its best! We were lucky again to step into a cancellation at one of the most popular Park Resorts in the country (usually a 2 Year waiting list). We'll be staying at the beautiful Fall Creek Falls State Resort Park, one of the most scenic and spectacular recreation areas in America. Its waterfalls, cascades, sparkling streams, gorges, timberland, and an unmatched variety of recreation facilities and activities have made it one of the most popular parks in the Southeast. Fall Creek Falls is the highest waterfall east of the Rocky Mountains, plunging 256 feet into a shaded pool at the base of its gorge. The park's other falls, (Piney, Cane Creek, and Cane Creek Cascades), though smaller, are just as impressive. Like so many of our popular Winter Lodge trips this should be a real hit. It's great!

Activities available for the weekend include day hikes on the many trails in the area to spectacular falls, biking on the many bike trails, evenings by the roaring fireplace or outside at the firepit. perhaps a trip to nearby caverns or the Chattanooga Aquarium. The Lodge is 2 floors with a fireplace in the main hall plus a gigantic commercial kitchen.

We provide Continental breakfasts and lunch sandwich buffet and Italian Dinner Saturday.
AND, we provide kegs, wine and our own traveling Fat Tuesday's style FROZEN DRINK Machine.
The kitchen has lots of cold storage for your snacks if you like.

The Lodge accommodates 100 (2 Floors, ONE floor for COUPLES and ONE floor for SINGLES) with lots of privacy the way they set them up in small cubicles of built in bunks - bring appropriate sleeping attire - like a big co-ed slumber party), multiple restrooms and hot showers. Plan on leaving Friday evening for a short 3 hour drive (Sat morning arrival OK - same price) to arrive in plenty of time for a full evening's fun. Maps will be emailed to you.
