Each luxury condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, complete fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, dining room, living room and large balcony facing the water either beach only or beach/bay. Facilities include private beach, beach volleyball, lighted tennis courts, multi - pools and multi - jacuzzies plus our Private Beachside Hospitality Tent. Be as active as you like or just relax and enjoy the sun and surf. Located minutes from great shopping, restaurants, nite spots, fishing boats, scuba, wind surfing, waverunners, miniature golf, go carts, sailing and more.

Join us under our Huge PRIVATE Beach Side Party Tent (we're having a large
catering tent set up just for our group) to get out of the sun and play cards and games
and enjoy ice cold kegs of beer, wine and sodas. Free Flowing FROZEN MARGARITAS and FROZEN HURRICANES from our Adventure Club frozen drink machine plus FREE lunch provided with our grilled Gourmet Dogs
(everyone loves 'em - even non-dog lovers). Enjoy our Club Volleyball Set for a little competitive sports.

FREE Sunday "Sunset" Party Cruise.
(Limited to the 1st 150 who Reserve and "Pay in FULL" - After that 1st come 1st served)
A 2 hour cruise party aboard our PRIVATE 2 deck power cruiser with Full OPEN BAR, snacks and keg. We'll cruise the Bay and Inlets and perhaps the open sea if weather permits for an evening you won't soon forget. This is our most popular event each year.

Optional - Party Bus Transportation only $60 R/T. For about the cost of driving yourself you can relax and party all the way. Our luxury Coach (new company) will have TV's (movies), restroom and lots of comfort. The "at cost" price means BYOB on food and drink. Limited local transportation in Destin is included. (Carpoolers will not be permitted to use the coach for local transportation in Destin)

Our "mixer" FREE Welcome Party will be held on the beach or in our Private Party Room and, of course,
there will be our Club specialty frozen libations and all the usual club extras you have grown to love.

Saturday Night you may join at the beach for the now famous "Grill and Chill Shooter Party" organized by the Members (BYO). We supply the grill, plates and utensils, you bring the food to grill, sides, plus your own shooter concoctions to share (we'll provide recipes). This is a great way to spend the evening or conserve on the "ol budget".
